How the Business Growth Accelerator Works
The programme is made up of seven sessions, each lasting 90 minutes, spread over approximately 8 weeks. Every session is designed to be hands-on and interactive, so you do the work as you learn.
The seven sessions are structured as follows:
SESSION 1: By the end of Session 1 you’ll have created your Ideal Life on your TERMS – the foundation for making every decision in your business with confidence and clarity.
SESSION 2: By the end of Session 2, you’ll understand exactly what your numbers need to be to support the life and business you want, turning goals into actionable targets.
SESSION 3: By the end of Session 3, you’ll have a clear numbers plan and scorecard to track your progress, so you always know how your business is performing and what to focus on next.
SESSION 4: By the end of Session 4, you’ll be managing your week effectively, prioritising high-impact tasks and freeing up time to work on your business, not just in it.
SESSION 5: By the end of Session 5, you’ll have a clear picture of how your current business model, pricing, and packages align with your Ideal Life, and what needs to change to get you there.
SESSION 6: By the end of Session 6, you’ll have developed a strategic plan outlining the key actions and levers to pull that will drive your business growth with purpose and focus.
SESSION 7: By the end of Session 7, you’ll have a confident, detailed roadmap to deliver your strategy and attract the right customers – ready to implement and grow your business sustainably.

Is it OK if I’m not a ‘typical’ business owner?
Absolutely. I work with everyone from trades and creatives to consultants and professionals. If you’re ready to grow, you’ll fit in.
Is this coaching?
Not quite. This is structured business and marketing strategy support, delivered in a practical and collaborative environment. The aim is to get you taking action in the sessions so that by the end of the 7 weeks you have a well thought out written plan for your business.
What are the dates of the sessions?

What does it cost?
The Business Growth Accelerator Programme costs a fraction of one-to-one business coaching and comes with added benefits, like feedback from other local businesses and networking opportunities. The cost is £997 for the entire 7 week programme, including all materials, you won’t be asked to pay a penny more for ‘extras’. Payment plans are available.
Can I do it 1:1 instead?
Yes, the 1:1 version is available on request. Get in touch and I can talk you through how this would work.
